What is smart climate control?
Smart climate control is the comprehensive management of all building climate systems: heating, air conditioning, underfloor heating and ventilation. The system automatically maintains the right temperature in each zone, takes into account the residents' schedule and the weather outside. When no one is home it switches to economy mode — and returns to comfort before they arrive. We install climate control systems based on KNX and Hite Pro for apartments, houses and offices in Moscow and the Moscow region.

Frequently asked questions
Does the system work with any air conditioner?
Yes. Via a universal IR gateway, the system controls practically any air conditioner with a remote. For systems with a bus interface (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic), native gateways are used — providing more complete control.
Can the system control a gas boiler?
Yes. The system connects to the boiler via OpenTherm or dry contact, controlling the coolant temperature and operating schedule. Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, Navien and most other popular brands are supported.
What is zonal climate control?
It's the division of a space into independent thermal zones with their own thermostat. Each zone maintains its own temperature independently. This is possible with water underfloor heating with a manifold or multiple split systems.
Is a constant internet connection required?
No. All scenes and schedules are stored in the controller and run autonomously without internet. The internet is only needed for remote smartphone control when outside the home.
Is the system compatible with electric underfloor heating?
Yes. Electric underfloor heating is controlled via smart KNX or Hite Pro thermostats. The system prevents overheating, maintains the set temperature and reduces consumption during peak hours.
