How exactly does consumption monitoring work?
Smart meters (CT clamps or DIN-rail metering modules) are installed in the distribution board. They measure current and voltage in each circuit and transmit data to the controller, from where it is available in the app in real time.
How much can you realistically save?
From our experience — 20% to 40% depending on the baseline automation level. Main savings: switching to night tariff (10–15%), eliminating standby (5–10%), climate optimisation (15–20%). We calculate for your property during the site visit.
Is the system compatible with two-zone tariffs (day/night)?
Yes. The system supports scheduling of high-power load activation based on tariff zones. You set the cheap-tariff time windows — and the system automatically plans washing machine, dishwasher and EV charger activation for those times.
Does the electricity meter need to be replaced?
No. The metering system is installed inside the board in parallel with the existing meter. Official metering for the management company is done by the existing meter; our module provides internal detail within the apartment or house.
Can loads be managed remotely?
Yes. Through the mobile app you can turn any controlled loads (socket groups, lighting, climate) on and off from anywhere in the world. When internet is lost the system continues to operate autonomously according to the set schedule.
